Hey I know the theme for "Are You Being Served" and The Benny Hill Show and I am very familiar with the idiosyncratic behaviour of Hyancynth Bucket (Keeping Up Appearances). Doesn't that give me some kind of honorary citizenship claim to be a Brit?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">PBS here in the States runs British comedies via Lionheart Television ("The BBC in America") I have seen every episode of "Are You Being Served" probably 10x and then they also ran "Are You Being Served, Again". But as I understand it they only made about 1/2 dozen episodes of that spinoff anyway (in 1991). I haven't see any episodes lately. The PBS affiliate that runs them here I don't get very good reception for that station. I wish they ran them on the other PBS station I get really clear. I think a lot of Americans don't appreciate British humor or find it funny when it cracks me up.
